We offer the following service options:
Classic Contingency: This is the ‘low risk’, and most popular, option for the client. The client is only obligated to pay the service charge if a candidate, which surfaced as a result of our efforts, has been hired. The service charge for this type of search is 30% of the first years’ OTE (on target earnings).
Priority Search: This is the preferred option when a specific timeline and/or number of candidates must be met, or when a client wishes to secure the highest level of commitment. The ‘due date’, number of candidates and specific written profile requirements are all determined in the signed agreement. The total service charge is 28% of OTE with a 25% down payment of the anticipated total service charge. If the written stipulations are not met, the down payment is refunded. By successful conclusion, the down payment is deducted from the final invoice.
Retained: This is the most comprehensive search and best used when a client wishes to assure that all possible options have been explored. This includes an extensive sweep of all possible candidates, meeting the specified criteria, in the target marketplace. The service charge is 25% of OTE with 3 payments of 1/3 the total estimated service charge due at the outset, after the candidates have been presented and once an offer has been extended.
Custom: Some situations warrant special conditions, this is decided on an individual basis with the client.
